Wait time and staff were great. My only complaint is staff not aware of how to work the interpreter line/ video and bedside manner with that. Staff was unsure if it was available in language requested, and only used the video interpreter for initial assessment vs. leaving on and in room throughout. They need a stand for the iPad.

They listen to my concerns. They did not rush me in and out the door. I will use them again. I have already praised them to my fellow coworkers.

Your staff was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Both providers were friendly and answered my questions.
