I got in and out really quickly. The Dr was really helpful and I was feeling better the same evening.

The staff was extremely friendly the overall very informative on what the treatment that would be performed. The staff talk the fear out of my grand. I've been to other urgent Care but this is by far the best.

The staff and medical providers are AMAZING. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The physician that helped me went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and properly treated. He took the time to listen (which is rare in MOST cases) to the issues that I was having. Every question that I asked he was able to answer. I felt peace. I was treated and given the proper medication. Now, I am in the healing process. THE BEST BEDSIDE MANNER! Thank you all for your help and care. I'm extremely grateful. Stacey Lyn Blount

I’ve been here multiple times for myself and family members. They were LIFESAVERS when I woke up with the flu on New Years Day 2020 (won’t forget because I had “the flu” in September, flu shot in October, flu in January, then COVID shut the world down in March). I really like PPUC, but especially the Southdowns location! The facility is clean, the atmosphere is comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the providers really listen. They are all very respectful. The providers are not pushy, but are also willing to address your concerns as thoroughly as the patient/caregiver desires (within reason, of course). Highly recommend them to anyone in need of urgent care, after hours care, or the convenient appointment options for offered services. Scheduling and check-in are a breeze, and the team is very responsive!
