Set up a visit online, since I am a new patient. Went to the clinic at the prescribed time. Went in, gave them my insurance cards went and sat down. Was taken back to a treatment room within 5 minutes. Everything was diagnosed and explained to me and I was finished very quickly. Dr. Martin was whom I saw and he was thorough and did a good job explaining my symptoms and course of treatment.

Miss Handy,at the front desk was very helpful and concerned for my needs...Even after i was leaving told me to take care of myself and hope that I feel better...But,the overall staff that evening was very thoughtful and considerate of my needs!!!

I was seen quickly, which was surprising on New Year’s Day with a parking lot filled with cars. Staff was friendly, competent, compassionate and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Patient Plus Urgent Care if necessary in the future.
