The staff and medical providers are AMAZING. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The physician that helped me went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and properly treated. He took the time to listen (which is rare in MOST cases) to the issues that I was having. Every question that I asked he was able to answer. I felt peace. I’ve been here multiple times for myself and family members. They were LIFESAVERS when I woke up with the flu on New Years Day 2020 (won’t forget because I had “the flu” in September, flu shot in October, flu in January, then COVID shut the world down in March). I really like PPUC, but especially the Southdowns location! The facility is clean, the atmosphere is comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the providers really listen. They are all very respectful. The providers are not pushy, but are also willing to address your concerns as thoroughly as the patient/caregiver desires (within reason, of course). Highly recommend them to anyone in need of urgent care, after hours care, or the convenient appointment options for offered services. Scheduling and check-in are a breeze, and the team is very responsive!

Was seen within 10minutes and all of my questions were addressed. Everything was explained to me clearly and my Dr.'s attitude was very cool and amiable. It turned out to be nothing, but I at least was able to cross a worrying diagnosis off of the list.Sometimes the wait is long here, but for the quality service you get, I think is worth it.
