My experience was amazing! I’m scared of shots and the lady that gave me mine was patient and kind about it! Didn’t even feel it:)

Came to clinic with upper respiratory infection clinin staff were very professional and propt to diagnose the issues, checked for all the usual things, covid and flu, negative but gave me the choice, i asked for an xray due to my weak weantibody condition, was happy to know no pneumonia, Sara prescribed meds, steriod shot, and advised to follow up with primary doctor. Very please with my visit would recommend the Southdowns location to anyone that need immediat attention, gold five star service!

Greeted with smiling faces quickly upon arrival. Registration quick, easy and complete. Exam room bright, clean and adequately equipped. Tech pleasant, clean, brite uniform and got vitals quickly. Nurse reviewed meds and reviewed treatment since accident. Medical provider, Heather, provided excellent plan of care and recommended overdue vaccinations in addition to care of wound. Very pleasant professional overall visit. Would highly recommend the staff and Patient Plus. Have gotten treatment here before and will be back if needed. Thank you Patient Plus.

I was treated with respect and compassion, and was very informed, listened too, and guided through difficult things from diagnosis, management, and lifestyle recommendations with support and genuine care!!! I did not feel uncomfortable to share important medical information, and was seen relatively fast!
