An unfortunate injury caused me to seek out services at Patient Plus Urgent Care, and as upset as I am to need medical assistance, I’m really glad to have received care from the providers at this facility. Great service, friendly staff.

I was out of town with my wife on a weekend getaway, when I developed pink eye. St my wife’s urging, I sought medical attention and passed by this clinic. In short, this was of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a minor emergency clinic ever! Extremely efficient with very little wait time between check in and service. Personable service providers.I don’t look to get sick, but if I did and was in Baton Rouge, this is the place to go.

The PA I saw was great, above and beyond. But the check in process took longer by kiosk than it would have if one of the people working at the desk handled it. The camera faced a different way and was oriented differently for entering your ID and your insurance card, plus it was hard to line up either card for the photos because of how the lens was set. Also, it’s 2025, learn what a hyphenated last name is. It’s not just the first half, it’s all of it.

I was in so much pain the staff helped me as much as they can I have to go in for a follow up in the morning their is much they can do for a pulled muscle I'm still in pain
