My Overall Experience Was A Five Star. From The Receptionist To The Nursing Staff Along With The Xray Technician Being On Site And Let's Give Dr Cody Favaro His Flowers Because He Was Exceptional Patient Knowledgeable and Reassuring From Beginning To End . My experience at Patient Plus Urgent care-Southdowns was outstanding. The check-in experience through the treatment and discharge were all great. The personnel were all highly competent and the treatment by Cody Favaro was thorough and complete. I am extremely pleased to have taken my emergency situation to them. All of the staff are very polite and helpful. The facility is extremely clean, well kept and sanitized. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. I wasxwell taken care of in a very timely manner. Thank you, Stacey Blount
