The staff is always professional, caring and attentive

The staff there is very polite and personable and I have a great experience every time I come in. Highly suggest this clinic.

My God daughter is 15. Kids don't like going to thr Dr. But yall have taken such good care of her in the past visits that she doesn't hesitate to call when something is wrong. The staff is caring and patient with her. No matter where we are in town. I will drive pass all the other urgent care facilities to come here. I know she will be made comfortable and taken good care of.

Not feeling well for a day and a half. Went in to get confirmation. Within 10 minutes of swab, it confirmed what I suspected. Everyone was so NICE when I felt like I had to hold my head in my hands to keep going. I most definitely recommend PatientPlus Urgent Care.

The wait time was relatively short, and the admissions staff, RN, and doctor were all friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns as a patient. I found the scheduling process a bit confusing, as I couldn't locate the appropriate app on the website and had to Google it. The advantage of the app is that it allows you to upload your documents and schedule a time that works for you. However, you still need to visit the kiosk inside to complete the check-in process.

So glad a clinic like this is available.The membership is a great idea.

This is my go to clinic! This particular clinic is always clean. The staff and the environment is always friendly! I feel care and concern as soon as I enter the building. You never feel like the staff is rushing through the process.

The staff were very professional, kind and helpful. I am really glad I chose this location. I have never been to an Urgent Care before and was nervous. The doctor diagnosed my problem and I felt 100% better after my visit and appreciate everyone. Thank you😊

From start to finish the staff was amazing! The Doctor Gasha was so wonderful with my frightened 6 year old she let her ask any questions and explained everything on her level. The nurse Josh super kid friendly as well, very kind And patient with her and we were in and out! Today was a win!
