Great service! Got lucky & didn’t wait long. New clean place also.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Check-in on the kiosk was fairly easy. The Receptionist was extremely nice and helpful with any questions I had. Wait time wasn't very long; we was in and out in a little over an hour. The Medical Assistant/Nurse Practitioner was great; he made my daughter laugh. I was extremely satisfied with the Doctor as well. This is a great facility.

Everything is good nice people

Have been to patient plus several times. Each time we were seen quickly and all staff are helpful, professional, and caring. The doctors are terrific. Talk with you and work out a plan. I would highly recommend patient plus on siegen for any of your urgent needs.

Amazing service!! We didn't wait long and was seen by Dr. We felt valued and appreciated! This is the third Urgent Care we have been to in the area and seriously way different. I'm so happy we came. The staff cares and are compassionate, caring, respectful and very knowledgeable. Your time is not wasted. I will only go to this Urgent care from here on out!! Copay was the cheapest too without compromising your quality of care!! Elegant Prestigious Women of Color giving amazing care to the Baton Rouge area!! So Proud!!
