Went up in here with my leg a hurtin.I bit down hard on one of dem peppermints to help with da pain.Headed to the back promptly and little Asian lady had me ta stand on the big scale to weigh me.She looked at the number, then at me, then back at the number,..then back at me as if to say, “Daaaamn you fat!!”She points me towards a room and bounces off like a 90lb Tigger.I sat down contemplating my life’s diet choices when lady nurse came in. She immediately does a double take as if to say, “Daaamn! You up in here again?”.She begins making small talk about how much fun she had ripping out my staples last time she saw me.I just sat there staring straight ahead and exclaimed, “My leg’s a hurtin!”.She whips out a little house hammer and enthusiastically pops me on my knee cap.My leg flew up like a Spanish soccer player and she told me I would live.I let her to know that I felt a clot up in that leg so she whips out a calculator to estimate my chances of survival.After about 30 seconds of staring at dem numbers, she looks over my way with her head a nodding up and down and tells me I’d better be headin straight down yonder to the ER.So that’s where I’m at right now,..filling out this survey.Turns out, I don’t have no clots,..but my leg’s still a hurtin!!

Very good service. Staff were helpful and friendly. I was seen within minutes of checking in and out the door with the proper prescription in hand quickly, but without feeling rushed.

Had another great visit at patient plus. There was a great group of ladies on shift. I felt welcomed and listened to the entire visit, even had a laugh or two. Luv the convenience of getting in & out.

The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean it is, and how clean it smells! Sign in on the kiosk felt a little impersonal, but was fairly quick and easy. We were seen quickly. Everyone was nice, and the PA was super kind and personable. We were in and out in about 30 minutes, which was fantastic! 10/10
