The staff was great. Didn’t receive the best news but all is well. The check in was easy. To e front desk clerk was friendly. The nurse was nice. The NP Sarah was very thorough.

It was great. The front desk worker informed me about direct plus, which I joined. All the staff in the back including the doctor were amazing with my daughter. Really felt at home.

Excellent customer service. The environment was that of primary care physicians (as much as can be in a limited knowledge of patient environment), but I could immediately tell that the service providers at all levels cared for the patients walking through their doors. Would highly recommend to others in need of urgent care services.

This is probably the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Front desk receptionist was extremely professional and sweet. She offered me water while I waited and was quick with what she needed to get done. The male nurse was sweet and polite. He took my vitals and relayed my symptoms to the doctor. The doctor came in and did a few extra things. He listened to my concerns and prescribed me medications to alleviate the symptoms I’m having. Everyone was very caring and empathetic. I will definitely be back and I will also recommend this location to anyone that needs to visit an urgent care.

From the front door, the customer service was outstanding-Friendly, helpful, and informative. I am sorry that I didn’t get her first name so she could be individually recognized. The staff who helped with the employment drug screen were also friendly, efficient, and informative. All in all a great experience.

This was the highest quality care I have ever received. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff was so professional, kind and compassionate. The facility was clean and beautifully kept.
