The staff was very professional and greeted me as I walked in the door . The provider Akilah was perfect for my daughter who is nervous at the doctor. She was patient and really was concerned . The MA working and front desk were extremely kind and helpful! I would choose this urgent care over any other any day!!!!

Overall a very positive experience. Great care from the staff from start to finish. Have almost always had great service at other PC+ locations, and glad we came here as it was better than the other urgent care which is a little bit closer to home. Will definitely come back if/when needed.

Staff was knowledgeable fast and friendly. They had great bedside manner. A lot of times you don’t get. Nurse was very helpful. Nurse practitioner was very helpful and was attentive with my questions.

I woke up with eye irritation and a small bump.   Scheduled an appointment at the wrong location and when I arrived at the location I thought I was scheduled at the young lady simply changed the appointment place and I only had to wait 5 minutes.  Great place great team great doctor.  Picked up my prescription a little later at drug store there was as a glitch with the e-script. 9/10!

I walked in and was waited on in 30 minutes. Everyone was courteous and respectful. I was diagnosed quickly. However, they sent my meds to the wrong pharmacy.

I couldn’t get an appointment with my pulmonary clinic and needed help with a flare-up. Scheduling an appointment quickly with no wait time was appreciated. The entire staff was extremely polite and professional. I received the care I needed until I could make an appointment with my pulmonary clinic.
