Everyone we encountered from front desk to physician was phenomenal. Our family is on vacation and ended up needing urgent care and I’m so glad we came here! I didn’t catch the woman’s name who checked us in but she was wonderful. Then Brittanie was our medical assistant, her bedside manner is fantastic, that’s coming from a former EMT and Medical assistant myself. Also, if you have any hesitation with vaccines or needles, you are in amazing hands with Brittanie. Our physician was quick, careful and thorough. I can’t say enough about how nice of an experience this was start to finish! Thank you all so much!

I was in terrible pain and had a severe infection. Dr. Neil took care of me right away and got me a prescription for antibiotics which I was able to get within 30 minutes.

Fast accurate and great customer service

Omg, I love it here. They treat me so well. The staff honestly knows what they are talking about, and I receive the appropriate medical scare each time. Dr. Neal and Brittanie were nothing short of amazing!

Good but long wait. I know it was a holiday but the jones creek location needs 2 drs or 1 and nurse pract. 2 techs for sure.also. Lots of rooms- lots of patients— just need more staff. Everyone was very nice
