They broke additional parts on my car and it caused the initial repair to take a long period of time that originally alloted and needed.When I had to wait for 30 minutes to pick up my car, there was only once service advisor and he had a client with him. His office only had 2 chairs so myself and another client were standing in the service parts area while he finished helping the other client.My service advisor would not call me back timely, and then went on vacation without letting me know. Then my car kept getting bounced around to different advisors.They didn't replace the back quarter panel properly and I had to wait almost half an hour just to get my car. I had to snap the back panel back on properly myself.Honestly this was a horribly experience. My wife's car also broke down at the same time and her service with Hyundai was incredible, her car was also taken by roadside to her dealership after hours and they immediately called her to tell her it was received and they called her every step of the way to let her know what they were working on and what they were doing. I used to have a Hyundai and I plan on going back as soon as I can just because of that. This experience was the absolute worst and absolutely regret leaving Hyundai.

Missing a part under warrantyThe customer service is not there anymore, lack of communication, and asking for a supervisor which does not return calls, no vehicles to loan.Don't service cars on SaturdayI had to reach them out

Could only fix one problem as I told George when he contacted me on my cell phone windshield could not be “synced” to the censors for the “ delay” position on the handle
