Love my dentist and the hygienists! Front desk could use a refresher in manners and courtesy. Not very helpful, make mistakes that can cause significant waiting, and never address it or rectify it after the fact.

It is always a pleasure visiting the office. I don't think most people enjoy dental visits but PDA makes it a wonderful experience.

I am very unhappy because I was billed by the dentist. I just needed replacement retainers and he had a whole new scan done and charged me. Lack of credibility re no access to my dental records . This makes no sense.IDon’t want this dentist in the future

I actually love your office but I have consistently had challenges with the front desk staff. The main issues : I was misquoted for my wisdom teeth removal (significant difference of cost), I have been asking for an itemized receipt since then and have not received it. Every time I ask to use care credit they say the “‘machine is down”. This has been consistent since I started coming to the office last year. It should be fixed or not offered. I need a receipt from yesterday- they didn’t send.
