Jermane was very professional, kind and respectful. He listened carefully to make sure he was understanding my situation. Once he understood he showed me on a spinal column manikin what by body was doing and what it needed. Most of us are visual and hands on learning so this approach is very effective. Otherwise a bunch of verbal medical jargon goes right out the window/brain. He chose exercises that really helped, kept checking in on how I was doing and was not distracted . Very present. Then eventually I was out of horrible nerve pain. I wish he was a permanent employee here!! Great guy!
