The waiting area could be more comfortable and larger. It's awkward and not the most comfortable to be sitting in the same large space as the sales people while you wait.I selected No about the WiFi, but I actually don't know if WiFi was available. N/A or I Don't Know should be made an option to select for these questions if they require an answer.

The staff has good warm energy. My salesperson & the guy that finalized my paperwork was very efficient knowledgeable and you saw the dedication of putting me in a new ride
