Amazing customer service recieved from Lucky and Suzanna Quest. Very smooth process by the entire finance team. I loved this entire experience. Then I referred my bestie and she was approved!!!!Excellent experience across the entire process from start to finish!

From point of entry until pulling off in a new vehicle the service, care and overall experience was absolutely elite! The salesperson, Suzanne Quest was clear, concise and detailed on the entire process and all with a smile on her face and pleasant demeanor. Amazing from beginning to end! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

I told Narvy that I would recommend that he should get a promotion. But the feedback site from the dealer was not working and I don't think the dealer received my high praise for him. Something to check out, make sure it is working.I came in for an oil change and the service manager, Narvy, was very professional. He was actually doing double duty as the parts manager, too. Anyway, I was so impressed I have decided to make Peachtree my regular dealer for servicing my Mitsubishi Outlander.

I appreciated communicating by text and the scheduling was quick and follow-up was fantastic.If an ETA is given and is not met, please notify the customer of the delay and reason so we can decide if we will stay or leave and return later.The service was good, but I was given an ETA that was not close to being met, over a hour off, and it was not until I inquired did I learn why there was a delay.
