I suggest you all provide lite snacks, for ex. mini cheezits, mixed nuts or fruit snacks. Other drink options than water and coffee. Maybe hot chocolate and tea, small cans of coke and/or sprite.I appreciate them working me in for an oil change, and completing the service in a timely manner. I also like the continuous status of my vehicle by way of text.
