The problem is about the deposit refund that I still have not received, which is 2540 dollars according to the contract. Ongoing issues with apartment above me. Noise, barking dogs not listed on lease, washing dog urine off their balcony directly on mine. I was on my balcony and my head got drenched in urine smelling water. I now can't use my balcony because they keep doing it. I risk it happening again. There are stains from the runoff they create. It's disgusting. And I need contact information for security. It's not on office voicemail anymore. I had to call police because they were having a very loud party after 1:30am. I would like a response via email only please. My quality of living here is very poor because no one has seriously addressed these issues. Joy has known for some time now that they have dogs. She told me they are small breeds. Why hasn't she made them list and pay to have pets? Maybe this is why they have their dogs use the balcony to do their business? I'm at my wits end. Skygarden provided no assistance during this process—not even a basic cart to help move my belongings.Second, due to a power outage, the refrigerator stopped working and approximately $300 worth of my groceries spoiled.
