Hello, I lived in one of your old appartments (Lodge Of Athens, August-December 2024). I moved out at the end of last year. I never got a final statement of all charges being succesfully paid and that the final payment reached you. I am writing to follow up on the status of my security deposit refund. I have reached out several times—this is now my fourth attempt, including previous communications with The Hue’s office (Savannah, GA) —but I have not received any updates or responses regarding my refund. I moved out of The Hue on September 22, and I was informed that the refund process would take approximately 30 days. It has now been well over that timeframe, and I would appreciate a clear update on the status of my refund and when I can expect to receive it. In the beginning of the year, I recieved an email about fees that are still outstanding. However, I could not get a hold of someone able to give me more information about that, as the link and resident portal do not work anymore.
