I have stayed in the Noble 2500 Austin property as a resident from August 18 to December 28 2025 under lease number 15332697; unit 1 610A. I made a deposit of $2958 which i requested to be refunded by electronic check to an american bank. I have never received any refund despite documents stating that i should be refunded the stated amount.The 30 day period has ended a long time ago and I urge you to please attend this issue as soon as possible.Best regards,Andres Blanquer
