I was informed that the funds were allocated on August 24, 2025, and that a check would be mailed to the forwarding address on file. I would like to confirm whether the check has been mailed, and if so, to which address it was sent. I am currently residing in Atlanta, GA, but I’m concerned that the check may have been sent to my previous address in China by mistake. If the check was sent to the wrong address, I would like to request that it be re-issued and mailed to my current U.S. address instead. Please let me know how I should proceed. Hi! We signed a lease with you guys last year for an apartment at The Hue in Savannah. It required a deposit that would be returned when the lease ended. Because there was an administration change during the term of the lease, the new company is saying that since we sent that deposit to Peakmade it is Peakmade that must reimburse it. This is Qingtian Deng, former residents of The Hue located in Savannah. (Room 439B). Moved out on 6/21/2025 and the lease contract end on 8/22/2025(probably not that accurate). Now having problem related to my deposit refund. There should be the deposit about 2540 dollars sent to me by mailing check (have contact with the office of theHue & only got this method available) but I did not receive anything after the supposed date. Also received the words from the office of theHue that they have no control of the refund process, which lead me to here trying to get my refund. There was no option for The Hue in Savannah GA. But I moved out June 2025 and the move out date was August 22, 2025. I was told I would get my security deposit back within 30 days. And I have no gotten it yet and it has been over 30 days. When I called they had told me to contact PeakMade.
