Would reserve one of the rooms on the sky deck for a party - love the space and the views. I would also reserve the bowling alley when family/friends are in town.

If I reserved an amenity space it would probably be the Sky Box to watch the finale of a reality TV show.

Barbeque space - great outdoors area. Though with winter... Probably the top room with the huge TV!
