We would likely reserve the lounges - either upstairs or downstairs - to host group events and accommodate a larger number of guests.

Id do the sky bar but the starting price is very expensive and deters me.

If I had need to host an event/party, I'd definitely host it here. I'd likely reserve one of the rooms upstairs in the Sky Deck.
