I hope the bigger numbers are good , there wasn’t a rating explanation on the first intro or first questionThis is is a good location but the construction is a hassle. Also not exactly the best neighborhood - according to the street sign that lets you know the area is being surveyed by the police. You get a good idea of what you’re getting.
