Hi, my name is Christina better known as CoCo and I would like to share that All 3 maintenance guys are simply amazing. They are the heart beat of Pebble Creek and not one of them should be overlooked. All 3 guys (the balled guy, the tall slim guy with the glasses, sometimes he wear them sometimes he don't and the dark skinned guy) they all pull together and try their best to keep the place ran properly. They all are very professional and helpful. I appreciate the work that was done in my home and outside around my door, it all meant so much to have the work order complete.

The maintenance supervisor was thorough. He took his time to do complete the job correctly and also demonstrated with explanation what he completed.

The smoke detectors are still beeping but he did come over when requested always do a good job!

Rob, was very prompt and on time. Rob, explained and fixed the problem with the bathroom sink drain. Rob, is very dedicated, takes his job seriously and loves what he does as a facilities supervisor. Keep up the good work.

Why am I being charged $75.00 for putting my trash near the compactor when I was unable to put my trash in the compactor because it was broken and I had nowhere else to put it? There where several garbage bags that was left by other tenants before I even placed my garbage. The trash compactor being broken has been an ongoing problem since I moved here! I have complained to the office staff regarding this matter! I LOVE living here at Pebblecreek and that is my only issue! Thank you...

During the heavy rain the water was coming into my apartment, this happen last year as well and I had a table that got messed up and has water damage, and I was told by maintenance that everything was fixed well when it happen again I knew it wasn't, I had left a voice mail on that Wednesday the 3rd but it was after work hours, On Thursday I spoke with the young lady she took my work order down however on Thursday I heard maintenance leaving my upstairs neighbor place and I ask him to step in so he could feel the floor and see how wet it was, on Friday morning he returned and took care of the matter and showed me what the problem was I forgot his name but I hope he stay around he's a great worker and seem to care about people needs Thank You For Fixing The Problem In A Timely Manner
