Everything went smoothly

Firstly, my daughter’s information was wrongly put into the system, so I had to wait until the receptionist corrected it so I can register online. Then, the dental hygienist did a quick 7-10 min brush & floss on my daughter, normally this procedure should take at least 20 min. After this, we saw Dr. Han for a quick 5 min and his bed side manners was horrible! No, explaining to us what he viewed on her Xray’s (which I want emailed to me since I don’t see us coming back to this clinic)He said he wanted my daughter to come back for extraction of some of her teeth, but when we went to the front desk, they tell me that he is referring her out. So, I asked if I can talk to him since he just rushed us out the room and said to schedule appointment for extraction of my daughter’s teeth with him at the office. Offcouse, they tell me that he is busy with a pt. and he can call me back. Overall, horrible experience and I would not recommend this practice to no one. Can, an office manager or someone who foresees the clinic call and email me back, so that we can get this matter resolved? I would greatly appreciate it.

From the moment you walk in the door the staff greeted me and the check in was quick and efficient

The overall experience was amazing and my son felt very comfortable and didn’t complain at all.The staff made us feel welcomed and treated us with kindness
