I like the therapy preparation and especially Johnny, Arnel, Anna, Bella, and Kristina. Johnny, arnel, and Kristina have been very helpful, encouraging, and personable with their interactions with me, explaining and teaching anatomical and physiological concepts so that I understand everything with my therapy. I was pleased to be able to handle my personal affairs and appreciate very much the concierge services rendered by the desk clerk Alexis. The only thing I’d say they can improve on is the food, which can be overlooked or dry. We enjoy the variety of personalities in the CNAs as well as their care.

My experience at PPA was better than I expected. My only complaint is the food, but my husband brings me outside food.

I was impressed with all of the assistance here at this facility. They do all of the work for you and get to know you well. It’s been a homey experience although I still want to go home.

PT/OT very good. These people did a fine job of getting me mobile after my hip surgery.
