Everything was great.

I was admitted to PPA almost three weeks ago after back surgery. Admittedly I was apprehensive about the level of care etc. and how long I would be here. However, all of the staff from the nurses,LVNs,CNAs,Administrative staff and housekeeping have been nothing but kind and professional. They do a very hard job, and manage to retain a sense of humor, a sometimes difficult balance especially with so much going on in the world today. I realize everyone’s experience with PPA will be different, but thank you all for the incredible job you do/did to make my stay a pleasant one.

This is an absolutely awesome facility. They deserve 10 stars. CNA‘s and nurses, the administration staff, reception, PT & 0T, housekeeping and facility maintenance, kitchen staff, every single one of them really cares about the people who are here. Also the facility doctors and anyone else I may have failed to mention. Working here is very challenging for everyone but all of these people keep a positive attitude and are caring, even for the most difficult patients. They don’t lose their cool they don’t get cross they just take care of people as though it were their own family member. You won’t find a better place for yourself or your loved ones to rehabilitate. I can’t say enough positive things about the people here.

I’ve been in and out of PPA for the last 3 years and each time I’m here, I receive the best rehab and have the best interact actions with all staff I encounter. It’s not easy being at a skilled nursing especially given the current state of the world. Although not everyday is the best- it’s always a bittersweet feeling whenever the time comes for me to discharge home. I can’t help but feel emotional every time I discharge home. I’m happy to go home but wish I could pack everyone up and take them with me. PPA will always hold a place in my heart. I can’t wait to visit as a visitor and not as a patient (when allowed) thank you so much PPA.

When I first walked into the building I enjoyed the colors because it was very calming and and relaxing, helpful to my recovery. The staff helped me settle in my first couple days. Terrance switched out my bed for a longer one since I'm tall, that made me feel more comfortable. The dietician helped me decide the best drinks and fluids for my condition. I enjoyed the food because it was not salty like the hospital, I feel I'm eating healthier here. The Rehab team is great, they should pat themselves on the back for making my recovery fun. I enjoy the group sessions, I get to meet other people and share stories. I'm glad my family and I chose this place

Our 87 year old mother received kind, compassionate, and professional care during her 9 weeks of hip rehabilitation at PPA. Because she has Alzheimer’s, we stayed with her 24/7. During that time we experienced and witnessed the hard work and kindness of everyone here, from nurses, CNAs, the kitchen staff, the maintenance folks and the top notch therapy dept. Her Alzheimer’s presented challenges for her recovery, but the therapists were patient, creative and persevered each and every day, always encouraging and positive, even when great strides weren’t always apparent. She has made great progress and is returning home in good shape! We are very thankful for the entire PPA Family and highly recommend their great service!

Very good staff,friendly ,helpful,and caring, Nurse Gina was wonderful and very professional. I would recommend this placement to others.

Everyone at the facility has been wonderful with caring for Joe. We have enjoyed all of our interactions with everyone. Joe's improvements have been leaps and bounds and we are so happy that he's ready to come home thanks to all of your help.
