Pennant has been a wonderful leasing company to work with. I have been renting my home from them for over 5 years and they have been consistent, helpful, and kind. Their office staff are quick to respond and their maintenance team is punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Their online portal is easy to use. I have not had any issues with Pennant and I look forward to renting from them for many more years.

Lots of necessary repairs and safety concerns were addressed very well. Rick does an outstanding job making sure everything is being taken care of around here. He comes by to make sure things are being addressed properly. The painters that did the deck and finishing touches on the outbuildings were top notch. I now feel safe walking under the trees around the houses. My sprinkler system is also back online. Next week Screen Mobile will repair much needed screens. Thank you for taking care of all these important issues.

I believe they arrived on Monday, April 8 and were here through Thursday. I left Wednesday morning and did not return until the following week. I love Pennant! They are quick to respond and incredibly professional. Would recommend them to both owners and future tenants.
