We were only able to stay with Pennant for six months, but during this time we were treated excellently by them. Brenda is very professional and responsive. Hannah is an excellent point of contact and helped us out a lot during our time there. They also went above and beyond for us when we unexpectedly had to move out of state before our lease was up. I highly recommend Pennant if you are looking in Boulder County.

I've had a very good experience with Pennant! There was a bit of a rough beginning with getting information communicated between me, the office, and my roommate who was moving from Europe at the start of our rental process, but I have to give MAJOR props on having an online payment portal as well as responsiveness about problems in the rental. I'm very thankful for a professional company handling the leasing process and having this portal to communicate, as well as a conveniently located office and friendly staff. Thank you, Pennant!
