I had a problem with the sink in the kitchen! I was pleasantly surprised that the faucet was replaced with a new shinny brushed silver faucet!

Our heat stopped working. Someone came out right away and tried to fix it, when they discovered it was a bigger issue, they contacted an electrician to come and take care of it. It took an extra day because of high demand but luckily it was early in the season and our heat was fixed the next day.

The technician was very professional and communicated with me very well. He kept me informed of progress, which was awesome 👏🏽.

All maintenance requests in the last couple of weeks were done quickly and competently. Much appreciate the support!

Pennant is a wonderful property management company that is prompt to respond to maintenance requests. We are so happy to be living in a place where the property manager actually cares!

The place is wonderful but it was obvious the former tenants did not keep the place up (with cleaning or repairs). However, as soon as I put in work orders, Pennant has taken cate of them. They replaced an older shower door and replaced a toilet! Repairs are ongoing but I’m confident Pennant will fix everything! We love living in our townhouse!

We have had an wonderful experience living here and highly recommend it. They always get back to you so fast, maintenance comes the same day most of the time. We’ve been living here for a year and 2 months but it's been impressive how responsive the leasing office has been, so fast and easy and Brenda the Property Manager worked on us right away and how friendly and helpful they and maintenance are.

They are always very professional. If we ever have a maintenance issue it has always been handled quickly.
