the HVAC repair man was great and fixed the problem. This problem had been occuring for a couple of months so we were glad to get it fixed.

I would say communication and followup between the renters and company needs some help. For example if we are told "so and so" will be there to do something...Then followup should happen to find out if it was done or why it wasn't done. That is probably the big hassle and time waster. Everything else was a great experience with friendly people.

Brenda is always responsive and helpful. The team is always available to answer questions. They are quick to send out repair service technicians, the people they use are friendly and trustworthy. Often we are not home and they come in and work. we like the automatic online rent pay.
