I've had a good experience with Pennant so far! They've been responsive when I submit maintenance requests, and the maintenance folks I've met are super friendly. Also, I really appreciate the online portal -- it makes rent payment very easy. Brenda smoothly manages what I imagine is a sizable operation with many moving parts. We enjoy living here.
