My power outlet wasn’t workingCustomer care was great but the actual car I think I’ve been sold a lemon I think once I informed you all 2 days after I purchased the car that I was having transmission problems you should’ve looked at it and once you found out I needed a new transmission I should’ve been able to get a different car I also think that as a dealership no car on your lot should have a transmission or engine problem cause once it gets there the problems won’t stop

They need to bring back a water cooler and soft pretzels or other snacks as complimentary. You spend a lot of money owning a ca and servicing one. Treat your customers to something free!!Manager was very helpful!

Not getting my vehicle into the garage at the appointment timeNo comment necessaryI feel that the service center is overbooked and why the reason I have to wait Beyond my appointed time to receive my vehicle in the garageNever a need to take a shuttle I always waited for myLong wait times waiting for my vehicle to be completed

Everyone was very attentive and patient, explaining everything from the details of the car to the financing options. I didn’t feel pressured or sold. I felt that they genuinely tried to help get me into the best car at the best rate.
