When I arrived I was told it would be an hour and a half, it was three hours and forty-five minutes.It is said that everything was checked, but again the rear windshield wiper is hard and does not clear the windows. I was told it would be okay.They had changed my radio stationI was told that the service station was excellent but my sales person when I purchased my vehicle, but this is second time I have been dissatisfied with mostly their communication.I made an appointment online for the Monday of the big storm, so I had to cancel it. When I went back to reschedule, they option i needed wasn't there, so I called in.
