They were good they knew exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it quickly and also checked to see if I had things covered under warranty Instead of just trying to charge me for something that’s covered And come to find out, thank God, it was all covered under the warranty 😁Great people great customer service and they did a good job

I've always had bad experiences with dealership service. I must give these guys, a thumbs up. I dont dread taking my suv to the dealer. James has been a great advisor.One thing not about peruzzi that is negative is ever since around 4000mi on and off I get the same squealing from the brake clips. They've been replaced warranty and I've had the brakes done way to many times in not quite 2 years. The rear pads wear down so quick. Im not happy with that. I actually have grown to like my 23 outlander if it wasn't for the brakes and the low profile tires that I've had all 4 replaced 4 times . I get maybe 14k mi per a set of 4 tires always rotated on time at the dealer.Again. The Peruzzi staff is excellent. James is a great adviser. I am extremely happy with them.
