Check in with an email here & there if a replacement item is going to take forever. At least than I know it is still happening in the near future.The people are nice, the wait to get the call on a replacement felt like forever but once we did the job was done promptly.

Salesman was friendly. but inexperienced and had limited product knowledge. I have since learned that he has been let go
