Car was promised to be washed but wasn’t. I had to wait for this ‘service’.This happened after.l I reported car was not washed at previous visit .There was nothing wrong with the ‘check out process’…It was having to return 3x to deal with the issue

It was not coffee for the customers while we wait for our vehiclesCustomer service. It was very helpful and knowledgeable. But it would be nice that it was an area for customers that they can relax and have a nice, hot a cup of coffee why we wait for our vehicle to be finished.Great service
