They take too long without having many customersHsnsjvsbsIt needs to have coffee for visitors and glasses for drinking water.They almost never return to the position one hasThey need to improve a lot when it comes to extended warranties because they know that we paid for them, so why do they make excuses when someone needs to use that warranty? What they say is, "I'm going to call to see if they approve it," but they forget that we paid for an extended warranty. So, just provide the service the customer needs. My question is, why don't they make excuses when you're paying for an extended warranty? Instead, they serve you quickly and happily then.But I need to make an appointment to have my rims repaired since they're supposed to be covered by the extended warranty.
