Tammy all she cared about was the survey getting done... not once did we get a call back in regards to the two coverages that were added and I signed about...We called bc a walnut fell from a dTree and dented our hood and we get told we dont know if you got that coverage which we knew we signed for it..When we were there yes but after not such a great experience and lied too about a coverage that was suppose to be added for dents dings and scratches
