Again, I want to thank Peruzzi Mitsubishi and mainly TAMMY, Abdul and Joe for making this experience a great one. When we got our first vehicle about 2 years ago (2023) with peruzzi Mitsubishi we were in a much different spot personally, financially/credit wise, so, although it was not entirely anyone’s fault…we were ultimately not completely satisfied unfortunately… BUT, When we came back this time (last month -July 2025) and expressed our feelings and fears about getting another SUV, Tammy really heard us and was super empathetic, handled us with so much care and compassion. She was more than professional and definitely made us very happy. She made sure we were satisfied this time…I truly don’t have one negative thing to say! We left smiling and are still smiling ! Haha (: Thanks guys ! We now have 2 beautiful SUV’s in the past 2 years with them and after this last experience will definitely not hesitate to come back for our next one! Great service Appointment as always.I just want to mention again to the manufacturer, that I am not happy with the brakes. The rear brakes need to be replaced way to often. The front brakes squeal when baking up and turning. And the rear brakes and these low profile tires on the 20s wear so quickly
