The determination regarding what was the problem with this vehicle had to be determined by checking the codes when the malfunction light was on, the car running, which would happen when the dealership is closed or would be closed by the time we drove to it. Initially told when brought in with codes displayed to turn the care on and off and drive the vehicle by a male service advisor in April. Just recently the codes were on and went to dealership to check codes. Pete Moore service department has worked with us to pin point the problem. Hopefully to be resolved soon.The situation with the Malfunction light coming on the car and it powering down can be scary. A loaner car would have resolved the fear especially when my grandchildren had to be picked up after school.The customer service rep Adrian in Pensacola, FL was exceptionally helpful as our car was displaying a Malfunction, Engine and other symbols of the dash on the car and powering down while driving. The part has been receive 5/20 and Monday the 25th, installed. Her continued contact informing us of what is happening regarding this situation has been very much appreciated. It has taken since the beginning of April this year to hopefully have this situation resolved. Adran work ethic for customers is really appreciated.

I do not like how I received the run around when I had my first oil change and then the recommended service. The service person was hard to get a hold of. It has been resolved now, but it was really irritating.I was there to have them take pictures for a service that was supposed to be complete 2 months ago.The service should be on one big server so any service person can see what needs to be worked on for customers and not individualized.

Still hearing some noisesLooking at the overall work done and all that had to be replaced, I do not think the total in labor was an accurate reflection of all that I had done. I could understand if my car was done in a much quicker time frame. I did schedule it online etc. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I do feel that the alignment and balance shouldn’t charge separately, especially if I bought a new set tires. Maybe if I just bought 1 or 2 new tires, charging the full price but for a whole set that’s a bit much.Everyone is friendly and helpful
