To be fare guy told me he was new.

An answer is required. That’s ridiculous.Haven’t received a call that the part arrived.Car hasn’t been worked on.This was fun. Keep sending me surveys without knowing what was going on with my carI haven’t checked out yet. No one has called me to tell me the part arrived. You teally should pay attention before you send out a survey.

i was made aware that a factory defect in the sun glass holder is being worked out.sales person was very helpfulhelpful, no pressure salsperson

It was very busy the day I had my service done.It would help to not rush the exit of the vehicle from service and to take photos of any service issues on tires to show the customer.There is an issue with my shocks and have not heard anything back yet.I was told that my tire needed to be replaced. I took to a tire place and they said all my tires where fine. Why is the service department trying to charge me more for something that does not need to be done.

No one confirmed appt.Car sat outside finished for 15 minutes before I had to ask for it. Was there for 60-90 minutes for an oil change.Dealt with 2-3 different people. Not great. DisappointingCan get better service experience at a lot of places.No verbal explanation, maybe on invoice

Cigarettes were all over the property grounds. No amenities or wifi offered, not that it was expected.Due to being a business manager, I noticed these things. I was there for over 2 hours and noticed one employee spend over an hour not working - in and out of the bathroom for 20 minutes at a time and wandering around very disheveled in appearance. Very noticeable because the bathroom was in the waiting area.
