Great attention from our salesman and the entire staff. After we had completed the purchase, Bruce and Steve stayed with us until 8 pm, indoctrinating us on the workings of our new vehicle. Bruce has followed up since to be sure all was going well.

If ya'll treat everyone like you did me, you will have people coming back again and again. As I will and I will encourage my family and friends to do the same.The team was amazing, from the sales people Larry Fitzpatrick and the finance guys (Rob in particular) were warm, helpful and respectful. It is the second major purchase since becoming a widow and it was seamless. Bravo

Other dealership's waiting facilities are top notch comparedShe was not friendly. Maybe too busy. But not a very good experience at all.Had to wait an extremely long time. See last comment.I was very dissatisfied with this visit. I hope that changes would be made. This is the first time I have experienced this.I had to wait a long time to get my car. I finally asked if I could just walk to it. The lady up front was a little rude and said my car would be there in a minute as soon as they found someone to get it. They finally sent the girl that was training or new.I had to wait , with only one person talking to me. I think she was in training. The other guy left abs said someone will be right with you. I'm very patient, but I finally just put my keys in overnight box since my appointment was the next day.

I enjoyed working with Mark, Steve, and the staff at Pete Moore. I didn't feel pressured to buy during the sales process. After I purchased my Outlander Sport Steve demonstrated all its features and answered all my questions.
