The scheduling process was simple but the wait time once I arrived for my appointment was horribleOil changeBathroom was filthyAll the settings were changed, including the radio station. The seat was pulled up almost as far as it would go. I had to adjust it before I could get inAppointments are made for a reason. A 3 hour wait for a simple oil change is not acceptable. Someone needs to check the restrooms to ensure the paper products are available and they are clean. If you are going to offer a courtesy wash, please wash the vehicle instead of just wetting it and rubbing the dirt around
