I was not very satisfied with the building they had two buildings one for the Volkswagen and one for the Mitsubishi side. It was very confusing I went to one building and I did not know anything because someone did not come right out to help me right away. I went to another building and nobody was inside that building but eventually I did find the right building and it was OK, but like I said I wasn't totally satisfied with the building on the outside. However once I did get in the building it was nice and clean and the like I said the peoples were very nice there.I felt that the things that you all do well there is your sales people. The sales guy was very friendly and was quick to offer suggestions. However the guy who he went to help negotiate the prices was priceless I mean he was funny, he listened, and he gave good advice. He really made us feel comfortable there and he was the reason i pruchase a car from you all. I really appreciate him, unfortunately I cannot remember his name. The one thing that I felt like you can do well on is to make sure that you have people outside the dealership when someone pull up so that the person can feel welcome at your place and to to meet their needs.They very knowledgeable and very helpful. That is why I gave them a 10 for my experience at Mitsubishi.

Steve was also very kind, knowledgeable about the car, and made sure I was comfortable with how everything worked. Overall, the service was excellent and I left feeling confident and well taken care of.
