I am happy with the care provided at your center. I recommended your facility. The food could use some help. Sometimes the foods are too dry. It looks good, but has no taste. I give you at 4 rating due to the food.

Very noisy very slow response time, but the nurses and aids are very nice while helping. Food is very bad, but to appreciate the fact that you can order something else. Feel they do very well with therapy.

I have been very happy with the care that my mother received at this facility. Staff has been more than friendly and helpful. Your receptionist, Jennifer, greeted me every time I came in and asked how my mom was doing. Therapists worked with me so that I could care for mom when she was discharged. I would definitely recommend this care cente.

everyone was friendly, curteous and professional. The food was great, better than home. Man is excellent in helping, thank-you very much. Physical therapy and occupation therapy were great. At first, I couldn't walk very well. Now, everything is better. I look foward to continuing with life. Thank-you Pine Creek for the great service.

I rate your facility a 5 stars. The services were great. The medication nurse was great. The food was excellent. The dietitian was great. Bridget, in the admission, was great. Michelle is a great nurse. N-Ricky and Angie were great. Tim was great guy. The Case Manager, Man Le, is great. He went above and beyond. I cant image this place running without him. He answered all my questions. He took care of me when I was sick yesterday. My daughter appreciated him for going the extra mile to answer all her questions. He kept her inform of my health. Thank you

Your facility is very clean and everything seems to always be in it's place. Everyone here is very freindly and helpful. My Father had to go by wheelchair ambulance a couple of times and you people help me arrange transportation to and back to the facility very nice. Any questions we had were answered right away. My dad was in very good hands here and hopefully not but if he has to come back to a re hab facility I will bring him back here. Thanks

The people here are very good, helpful, and good attitude, that would be a 5. The food is something else. Didn't like the food here based on my own taste and what I'm use to.

Excellent care facility. Employees well trained and compassionate toward patients. Tim, one of our CNA's was exceptional. A very excellent employee and caring person. He is a motivator and works well with everyone. Over all I have to say it was a pleasant stay. Good people . Your Physical therapy department was excellent as well. They are committed to getting the patients motivated to do better and get them back on track. Keep up the good work and well done.

My mom stayed at Pinecreek Care Center for 2.5 months. The CNA's, Nurses and rehab staff are professional and caring, and made my mom feel comfortable. For having to be in a SNF, it was a positive experience for her. I would definitely recommend Pinecreek. I'd like to give special recognition and a big THANK YOU to LVN's Lacey and Carolyn, RN Jennifer, and CNA's Cristi, Sharon and Tami for taking such wonderful care of my mother. It was such a comfort to me to know that, because they care and do their jobs so well, she was in good hands. Special thanks and recognition also to Man Le for caring, making time, doing a really good job and always striving to do right by his patients.

I want to truly extend my gratitude for the professional job that the whole Pine Creek staff from the nurses on up! My dad has had wonderful care since being in this facility. Words enough can't express my wife and I's gratitude for his care here. It is definitely 5 stars.
