I want to truly extend my gratitude for the professional job that the whole Pine Creek staff from the nurses on up! My dad has had wonderful care since being in this facility. Words enough can't express my wife and I's gratitude for his care here. It is definitely 5 stars.

You are very fortunate to have outstanding staff especially man Le our ninety five year old aunts case manager . We were impressed by his caring compassionate demeanor and thorough knowledge of age related issues that our aunt has . She came in with a new osteomy and was treated very well here . Thank you for taking great care of her while she was here .

Excellent care for my mom. Nurses were kind but could be a little more quicker when it comes to using restroom. Although management worked well to resolve any issues and concerns we had. Man Le was excellent thank you Much better then other facilities I have visited before picking pine creek for my mother.

My mom needed a care facility after she broke her hip, I chose Pine Creek, The staff was very professional, Her case manager Man Li. was very attentive to her medical needs, He also assisted me after my mom was dischArged, Her team consisted of nurses therapists and aides all of them working together, My mother was comfortable and relaxed, I would recommend Pine Creek Care Faclity if you need such a facility,

This facility took good care of my Mom. I know that she wasn't happy every minute of her stay, but I believe that was due to roommate issues. The one thing I would like to see more of is communication. Sometimes there seems to be confusion between shifts.

Excellent care at staff courrtious friendly helpful Rehab was A big help in preparing me Togo home and be more indpendent ' Karla Brar cm brightened my day with her cheerful voice every morning. Sne was so helpful and skillful in helping me in and out of bed, she went beyond her duties so to be helpful and to make sure I got what I need, my case manager Man Lee also went above and beyond his duties to be helpful and to be sure my needs were met , I love this place and requested to come back here because of the great care I got and the success I had in recovery due to the Rehab care I received, I highly recommended this Facility to anyone,,
