I have to give you guys a 5 stars. You guys did a wonderful job with rehabbing me. It was suck to be stuck in isolation for a while, but I understand. I am glad to go home. If I could give a 10 stars, I would.

Although my stay was relatively short, I have had a good experience. My needs were met and the staff treated me well. I had a small problem with my food as I am sorta picky, but when I asked to have alternate foods it was taken care of quickly. Thank you. I will definitely recommend Pine Creek to others.

Without ManLe help we would have been in the dark kaiser is very forurate to have him as their employee and is Pine Creek. We would not have continued our stay if it wasn't for him. He was always a phone call away and took CARE of my mother needs.

The cna, they worked so hard. I haven't been treated bad by anyone here. The therapist are very good. The surrounding is pretty nice when I can see out of the window. The only bad experience I had was with my old roommate. She is a very nice lady; however, she too much visitors. They are too noisy. You people moved me, so that was good.

Very dialed in. This was a new experience for us and it would have been easy to get overwhelmed by the system. The staff walked us through it all and made the experience much less stressful. They gave us realistic assessments of what could be done and operated in a caring, friendly, and professional manner. I recommend them.

The place is clean, and they help you when you need to go. I think they need to understand that some people are independent. I can do everything myself, they help too much. They should know how need help or not, I can do a lot for myself.overall, the care is great. I could only give them a five.

Some of the staffs are excellent, but others are not. Sharon, Tim and Sabrina are excellent.
