I found that my visit at pine creek has been very rewarding. The staffs have been amazing and have helped me with my recovery and going home. Discharge planner answered all my questions and concerns and going home. The therapist have been amazing and prepared me to go home. They made me wants to try harder. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

The staffs here great. The service was fantastic. The rehab did a wonderful job while I was here. This is the reason why my sister Mary and Phyllis wanted me to come here. Great job you guys.

This skilled nursing facility felt more like a home than a hospital. The whole staff was wonderful, and thank you discharge planners for working with me and my family so well. The activities were so much fun. I loved the bowling!I would highly recommend pine creek care center to all my friends and family.

The staff And management took both a sick man without hope and created a healthy man with purpose in. Life. I will always be great full that they saved my life and gave me the courage to overcome the very reasons that put me in the black hole I was in. I would refer Pine Creek to anyone who needed care.

Excellent service by all nursing staff and particularly the staff from social services . Physio staff also compassionate and very aware of circumstances and concerns of patient. All in all a very good experience and we will not hesitate to recommend this facility to other people.
